Our Mission
The mission of SPCA of Livingston is to raise awareness of the abuse of animals in our parish, to teach and foster good pet parenting practices as well as to promote spay and neuter programs to help alleviate the need to euthanize healthy and adoptable pets.
We believe we can accomplish this mission through cruelty/abuse investigations and outreach programs.
We continue to support shelters already working to achieve these goals and rescuing from shelters who do not.
Community Outreach
The SPCA of Livingston serves our community by providing animal rescues and rehabilitation, pet adoptions, and, when possible, assistance with spay/neuter services. We also provide education programs in schools as requested.
Public Assistance
The SPCA of Livingston can provide food, leashes, collars, litter pans and many other items to assist families who request assistance and are unable to obtain these items themselves due to either financial crisis or physical impairment.

The SPCA of LIVINGSTON is a true non-profit organization, not owned or run by any pet related merchants or any other entity involved in making profit from pets or pet related merchandise or services.
